FITme ("the app") is built privacy-first. The short version: your data never leaves your device.
None. FITme has no user accounts, no servers, no analytics, no advertising, and no third-party SDKs. We do not collect, transmit, sell, or share any personal information.
Workouts, meals, water intake, body measurements, and your profile settings are stored locally on your device using Apple's SwiftData framework. This data stays on your device (and in your personal device backups, which you control). Deleting the app deletes this data.
With your explicit permission, FITme can:
Health data is accessed only on your device, is never transmitted anywhere, and is never used for marketing or shared with any third party. You can revoke access at any time in Settings → Privacy & Security → Health.
AI features (coaching tips, workout suggestions, nutrition estimates) run entirely on your device using Apple's on-device foundation models. Your prompts and data are not sent to any external AI service.
The Med Scanner feature lets you pick a photo of a medicine label. The photo is analyzed on your device using Apple's Vision framework and is never uploaded or stored by the app.
FITme provides general wellness and educational information, including information about traditional Ayurvedic practices. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and is not a substitute for consultation with a qualified healthcare professional. Never stop or change prescribed medication based on information in the app.
FITme is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect any information from anyone (it collects no information at all).
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted at this URL with a new effective date.
